General Oral Hygiene Information


  • Brush your teeth twice daily using a soft bristle brush & fluoridate tooth paste.

  • Rinse your mouth clean especially post meals.

  • Use dental floss everyday to clean in between your teeth.

  • Eat a balanced diet including lots of fresh fruits & vegetable.

  • Replace your toothbrush every & months.

  • Visit your dentist regularly, at least twice a year for thorough dental checkups.


  • Avoid bad habits such as chewing tobacco or smoking.

  • Don’t brush your teeth with extreme force or pressure to feel it cleaner.

  • Reduce intake of aerated colas coz its acid demineralised the tooth.

  • Don’t open bottle caps with your teeth.

  • Don’t avoid / ignore any symptoms of sensitivity in teeth immediately get it addressed from your dentist.
